Pre-Joining Training for Filipino Seafarers at Our Manila Office
DESE Crew Management recently conducted briefing and pre-joining training sessions at our Manila office for Filipino seafarers preparing to join our Supramax and Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessels.
The sessions were designed to support our seafarers in preparing for their upcoming assignments by reinforcing operational awareness, professional readiness, and the standards expected onboard. Through comprehensive briefings and direct engagement with our Manila team, crew members were provided with essential information to help ensure a smooth transition to their respective vessels.
